I just went in and this poor female employee was being abused by an awful customer who had a stick up her ass and was being complicated. The female employee handled the situation so well even when the customer raised her voice and I just want to commend her for remaining calm despite how rude the lady got. I’m sorry I didn’t grab her name but she’s stellar and deserves a raise!
Just got finished eating at Chipotle. Absolutely fantastic food, never ever any complaints! Seated near me today was a new employee here in the Prescott Valley Chipotle that is absolutely fantastic. His name is Daniel, and this is his first week working here. He is polite, sweet, very well-mannered! I spoke to the manager and told her my opinion of their new employee. He said that this is his last year at Embry-Riddle, He will go far in life.
We have been to one in the east coast and didn't like it at all. We went tonight because our children and grandchildren were there. The meat was relatively fresh all of the fixings were very fresh. It was a crazy night because of the discount on Halloween, but all in all I would definitely come back and try it again. We had the tacos with chicken, steak and Barbados.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times and each time I have gotten great food and the service has been great. I enjoy the fact that I can build my own meal. They have a nice outside eating area.
Food is always fresh and good. The staff is friendly and the manager is awesome. So glad they put a Chipotle in Prescott Valley which is closer and more convenient.
