At the end she gave a 20% discount for the inconvenience. I will return!
Good food, good prices, friendly staff but access into and out of their parking lot is a pain to maneuver.
Most days its fine. I mean it's Danny's, you already know if you like it. But I made an order to go and when I arrived to pick it up, two kids in hand, they cashed me out and hurried me away. Cut to getting home and finding no orders came with eggs and one full order missing. When I called they said because I left that there is nothing they can do.
I eat here maybe once a week for breakfast, food is good today's service was subpar, my waitress is very nice however she took my order forgot to get it to the kitchen. I noticed she was doing lots of talking with other customers. She realized that my order wasn't turned in she was very sorry.
The food wasn't that good, even by Dennys standards. The server said there was a new cook, and out of 6 items, only 3 were actually edible. The bread was burnt, the stuffing was WAY oversalted and burnt, and the sauteed zuchinni was barely warmed and tossed with butter - it wasn't cooked at all. The visits from the server were few and far between. Maybe a better day of the week would be better.
It really depends on the server you get. Denny's food is what it is and there's nothing wrong with it, but the service makes all the difference. Over the past few years, my experience has been hit-and-miss and I tend to avoid it now. You think the management would clue in and let a few of the liabilities go.
