The service is usually good too. Occasioally, the staff's interpersonal problems makes there way to the customers. Not in the service that your server provides but in over hearing the staff talking to each other in the food preparation area.
I do like eating there though. Always treated with respect and I have never had a complaint about the food.
A good place for a meal with friends or family. Good food as expected, some great deals if your looking for a meal on a budget. The restaurant is clean along with the restroom. The staff are not the most helpful as well as the food not being 5 stars. Wasn't the best visit, however I enjoyed the meal with my friends. Recommended for people on a budget and want a late night bite.
Took 30 minutes from time we orders till we received the food. Should not take that long to prepare eggs. Good did taste good. Waitress apolagiged and said they only had one cook. Cook was not wearing a hair net and her pony tail was flopping everywhere.
I eat lunch here more than any other place in Prescott Valley. The food is always good and there is plenty of it.
Fast, friendly service. Orders are prepared as requested & delivered to tables in timely manner. Open 24hrs 7 days a week. Famous for pancakes, with a huge variety, but also has lunch, dinner & dessert options. On a few occasions, there have been cleanliness issues; silverware, sticky table tops. The wait staff are allowed to chew gum, & I personally find that unprofessional.
Good food. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. I love their pancakes and chicken fried steak.
The store's cleanliness could be better, too. The tables that I have been seated at are clean but there have been times that it seems that dirty tables remain dirty for quite a while and the floor doesn't get cleaned often enough. I am usually at IHOP when there aren't an abundance of people there and I don't understand why the small area that they are allowing customers to sit in can't be maintained a little better.
