The cashier lady was really rude, it was clear she hates her job. Said our order was To Go several times, she put it on a tray. To top it off, the chicken cordon bleu sandwich was not fresh and really gross. At least the cheese sticks we're alright. We used to really like Arby's, but this trip ruined it bad. Won't be returning again.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, added pickles and onions, tasted homemade!! It was excellent!!
Great food. Quick and friendly service. Our order person was on there "A" game.
Went in with my daughter and ordered....It seemed to take for ever....then we find out that someone else took our food! Not sure who the Manager on shift was but the gentleman handled the situation perfectly he apologized and offered to upsize our frys and had the food remaid and out to us in less than 2 mins.....Thank You for making what could have been a irritating situation turn out great!!!
