After such a terrible experience at a different Pizza Hut this was such a wonderful experience. Samantha was amazing. Because everything on the buffet had been sitting for a while she had completely fresh pizzas brought out and even had a plain cheese specially made for my 2 year old.
Great lunch buffet price don't put all the food options out though
For some reason this Pizza Hut does not honor the online specials and prices for Prescott Valley and the surrounding Quad City areas. Otherwise the food was always good BUT never hot by the time I got home which I live about 12 minutes away. A little bit overpriced but other than that friendly service & good atmosphere inside the restaurant.
Food is meiocre at best! Bone in wings taste like air or old fryer oil. Manager is a god awful woman. I was there with my friends for maybe an hour and she four breaks for a smoke. Food has been made wrong I've lost count of how many times.
I hate this place...they used to be so good but now? I drive right past and go to Little Ceacer's...if I'm getting cheap pizza I might as well pay for cheap pizza.
Ordered online, very happy with the prices of the pizzas I ordered. I ordered three two came out correct one had the wrong crust but they were quick to try and remedy that. I did not have the time to wait for a new pizza to be made so they offered me a coupon for a free pizza at a later date. Was very satisfied with that due to other places I've had my order made wrong and they offered no compensation. Thank you Pizza Hut for caring.
