You would think the staff could press a pizza cutter hard enough to cut through the pizza, not to mention cut in a straight line and evenly.
My goodness, pizza is decent and service is quick, I guess that's what keeps us coming back...
We ordered online last night. But the website was being screwey. When our order showed up it was all wrong. I didn't get the name of the delivery driver. But he did state he was the manager there before. But without hesitation he took off like a bat outa hell and not only did he bring back the right order. He upgraded it! Because of him. We will always order our pizzas from Dominos! Thanks man. Wish there were more people like you on this planet! You made our night.
Update* After posting this review and contacting corporate, the manager of the store called and was apologetic. He said he is training new staff who handled this problem incorrectly. He tried to make things right. I guess we'll give them another try.
But man, can kids now days (and 40 year old pizza men) do even the simplest of jobs with a bit of regard.
Cookie cutter pizza that has their standards met wherever you are. The customer service is the only thing that changes from location to location and this location has great customer relations. They checked in on me twice while I waited for my in-store order which was great.
They are really good about getting the pizza done on time! It is great to know if you ask for your pizza right away, it will be done within 15 min, just PERFECT!
I like their crust with the garlic butter crust and the dough bake was just right. I will be back and recommend this establishment to anyone that is looking for a pizza join in the area.
Hello,. I am really kind of frustrated with this place. We have been ordering from here for well over 5 years, several times a month.
We used the app to order 2 pizzas. I selected to put extra cheese on one of the pizzas, but then removed it when I saw I was being charged a couple dollars extra. Unbeknownst to me, the app reverted to no cheese. When I got home, I was very surprised to find that one of my pizzas had no cheese on it at all! The 2nd pizza was very skimpy on the sauce and cheese and both pizzas were severely undercooked (nothing like the delicious pizzas we enjoyed at the Prescott store a few miles away). My husband drove back to the store and asked them to help him out. They refused saying that they could not cover the costs of a corporate mistake as they are just a franchise. Pretty angry about it! They just lost some good customers. We will be driving to the Prescott store from now on instead of the Prescott Valley store.
