If the owner or employees are reading this. Your customer service was awful. If you are going to argue with a customer, I suggest you make sure you're right first and foremost. I appreciate you giving me cold and soggy food for free though. Great job there.... this is a business that thrives on a lack of competition.
We had hoped for a better experience on our visit, but it just wasn't meant to be. The food is every bit mediocre and priced for something better than mediocre. The menu is ambitious and there are a lot of things to choose from from nearly every category of American food items. We always try to support locally owned restaurants and businesses and we really wanted to like this place. It's open late, when a lot of locally owned places are closed which is nice. The service was poor. We were ignored after having our order taken and it wasn't busy. The restaurant was clean, a bit curious on the decor, set up and lighting. I hope they are able to improve.
I absolutely will not be eating from this facility again. I was told my delivery would be 30-45 minutes, maybe sooner. After waiting for an hour and half and having to argue about it with the person on the phone who stated it had been 20 minutes... My driver finally showed up an hour and a 40 minutes after I first called.

Great food. I had fettuccine alfredo and my granddaughter had lasagna. Servers were very friendly and attentive.
The phone child didn't know how to process as delivery call, credt card's. The delivery driver had a kiss my as* attitude and displayed a very rude deminor. So much so the $15.00 tip my wife had set aside he never received. By the way my wife and I are retired military. Well traveled and stationed in Europe my years. The food terrible, lacked flavor, seasoning, lacking any attempt of more than something you get out of the freezer at Fry's. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
