Very fast, barely adequate food. Firehouse is a far superior sandwich but sadly they don't deliver....
ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
After my coworker told her that we would NOT be ordering from them ever again and hung up, the manager tried to call her back. She left us a voicemail message, trying to cover her butt, by offering to fix the issue. After the way she treated us, NO WAY! Why would we take the risk of our food being spit in....or worse!!
Good service inside, don’t count on fast service in the drive thru.
Since I can't give it ZERO stars, I'm forced to give them one. But, they don't even deserve that.
Service was efficient. Ordered #6 as a unwrap. It had no real avocado spread at all. So expensive for lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. Our other sandwich was #3 and they couldn't put the tomatoes and cucumber on the side. We ate in and the music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. Won't be returning any time soon.
We called to see if they would fix the problem, expecting them to be accommodating about it but, the manager got all huffy and started yelling at us, saying that WE were wrong, that she, herself, had personally counted them 3 times and every one of the sandwiches were there. Well, we are the ones that passed them out to our employees...I think we'd know if we had every sandwich! She even had the nerve to suggest that we somehow, from the car to the building, LOST THEM!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, RIGHT NOW!!
We ordered box lunches, we did NOT get box lunches. We ordered a few veggie sandwiches, we did NOT get veggie anything. Some of the sandwiches barely had any meat on them at all, and a few of them only had ONE (yes, 1) slice of meat on them!! AND to top it all off, we were missing some!!!
Good food, quick service. Wish there were gluten free options, but overall this is an excellent choice for a sandwich.
So, some of our employees didn't get to eat lunch. Thanks a lot, Jimmy Johns!! You have poorer-than poor service. You have officially LOST one of your biggest paying customers!!
Our company did a large catering order for about 70 people (give or take). We spent A LOT of money on this order and they wouldn't even deliver it to us, even though it's only a 7 min drive from their facility to ours. But, I digress....
