This Sally’s store puts the nature chain to shame. The employees know nothing about the products and try to make things up about products to get you to buy them. I work in retail, I know what suggestive selling is. What they say to get you to buy is inaccurate information just for the sale! No greeting! THE STORE WAS A DISASTER! I couldn’t even walk through the aisle or anything. Rude associate girl suggesting my hair is damaged in a snotty way! Didn’t SUGGEST JUST TOLD ME WHAT I HAD TO DO! I’m the customer, why am I being treated like an idiot? I honestly will never shop at this Sally’s every again.
This is a really great store with very knowledgeable about the hair/nail business. They are happy to answer all questions anyone has, and are happy to share about sales and discounts that someone might be in store for.
