Nothing better than a small town dealer! I just bought a Yamaha Waverunner from Shaun. I have had a lot of experience buying from dealerships and I must say this dealer (Outdoor Sports) was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had. Shaun was most helpful and there was no pressure to make the sale. He let me take my time and was quick to answer any questions I had. I also liked how knowledgeable he is about the products he represents. I also liked how the owner is quick to help out if needed. They were also very considerate of my time and had everything ready when I decided to make the purchase. I have seen it in previous reviews and can agree, they do treat you like family. I will be back for service and products I need in the future.
I recently bought a Yamaha Wolverine from Outdoor Sports. The Sales Representative Shaun was low pressure and first class to deal with. When I was ready to buy I got a fair purchase price and a very fair trade-in value, plus several valuable extras included. One option they included for the Wolverine had to be delivered to their shop; they immediately shipped it on to me at no charge (I'm 40 miles away) and I received it the next day. I would definitely do business with them again!
I bought a Yamaha Viking 14 months ago (Dec. '15) and had a great experience with the purchase, as well as with all the subsequent required maintenance. I decided I needed a Yamaha Grizzly too, so I went back to these guys because they are so easy to do business with and VERY customer-oriented. The pricing has been fair and the customer service is world-class. I highly recommend the dealership, as well as my salesman Shaun.
I picked up my waverunner and it was down pouring rain. After paying 436.00 for an oil change and to remove the bad gas…do you think that any of the guys would go out and hook it up for me? Mind you I had just gotten off work and was in sandles. NOPE not one of them offered and it was sitting in a muddy lot. From here on out, I will teach myself to change the oil and service it myself!!!!! So disappointed it this place after ALL the money I spent!!!
