Good food, good service. Great price. To bad they down graded on the take out plates. But still a good value. They need more help, always long lines. So be prepared to wait.
Staff was friendly and accomodating. The cashier even offered to show my friend how to use chop sticks. Restaurant was clean and presentable to my satisfaction. The food was the only thing that fell short, and that is the most important part of a restaurant experience. The Orange Chicken was dry and chewy, and seemed like it had been under the heat lamp a little too long. I sampled the Honey Walnut Shrimp and came to the same conclusion. The zucchini in the Mushroom Chicken was mushy, indicating that it had either been overcooked or been under the heat lamp too long. On the positive side, the mixed veggies were crisp and fresh, and we all know what happens to cabbage when it sits under a heat lamp. Nonetheless, I somewhat enjoyed my experience there, in spite of the inconsistencies in the food quality.
Good food, although not always consistent, and friendly service. During busy times service is way below average and can take 15-20 minutes to get through the line. Consistency of the food being good lost a second star. I’ve had chicken and shrimp with barely any sauce and very dry while other times a very generous amount of sauce and juicy meat.
We eat at Panda Express at least once a week if not a little bit more on the weekend for family dinner it's really good they have really good food it's American Chinese so yeah I would recommend it.
Generally good food, friendly service. Frequent turnover of staff tends to slows down pace at times. It also effects the flavor of some foods. I've had Orange Chicken (which is a huge seller) that has been spicy hot & the recipe is meant to be family friendly, not spicy hot. Recommend going by/before 7pm. The food is at it's best up to this time.
