Not sure we will be back, and we have been regulars for a long time.
We love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is always good and tasty. This particular restaurant takes way too long to get your food to you. The service here is the worst we've had anywhere we've ever been. Living here and having to deal with this level of service is ridiculous. It's time for management to step up and get it right.
We came in for the buy one get one wings Tuesday deal. We ordered a beer, a water, an order of French fries, and two small orders of wings. Our drinks were promptly served, however we waited over an hour for our small order of wings and French fries. Other large orders were coming out around us. They weren't very busy at all so I'm not sure why ours was skipped. As we were waiting a waitress (not our own) noticed our drinks had been empty a while and she got us refills. Still no food. When the food finally came out my husband made mention of how long the wait was as she said, "yeah I'm not sure what happened back there." Also, he had ordered his wings half and half two different flavors. They were wrong. He agreed to eat them just because we were already irritated about the wait.
I'm so sorry. I've never given one start before but this place is poorly managed.
Not only was the service bad, as in being served cold wings and sitting with empty drinks for 10 or 15 minutes until we flagged someone down. (Not our server) I went to the restroom and meet my waiter coming out. He was not coming from the sink, tho. As he went out and I came in, there was a guy washing his hands and I asked him if the server who just left washed his hands and he said "no, he did not. I wondered about that, too".
Not a huge fan of chains...if you like a side of beer and wings with your sports than yes, this is your place but if you want high quality food...obviously this is not the place. Good for what it is.
I have to say that I always have a great experience when dining in at this location. Great customer service all the way. Sierra was very friendly and has a great personality. Always checked and made sure everything was ok with our drinks and food. Customer service like Sierra makes it real easy to choose where to go for lunch or dinner. Thank you very much Sierra. You are awesome!
