Cheap food, good when in a rush. Quick service, friendly cashiers. Inside bathroom. Drive thru or dine inside. No table service.

Always a good place for a quick bite. Coming from the tow of the very first Del Taco it's great to have the food I have eaten for over 40 years in another town and state!
So I just wanted to thank the night shift manager on Sat 10/21. My burrito was missed and when I came back and asked for my burrito and a refund. He didn't hesitate or argue with me. He just apologized and gave me what I asked for. I know that isn't easy to do but he had amazing customer service even with a difficult customer such as I.
My favorite place to get a quick bite at late hours of the night. When I work graveyard and forget something to eat for the night, I send my boyfriend there to get food. It really saves the night when you're starving.
The whole staff never said a word our whole time there, it was so quiet it was scary the manager ignored what had happened right in front of her and never said a word either..the food is on the small portion size you can pay less and get more at Taco Bell but Del Taco dispute the staff has decent food.
Very pathetic customer service skills from staff. My daughter and I stopped in to get lunch for the family a few days ago, place had 1 customer eating inside, we were not greeted with a friendly "hello welcome to del taco how can I help you" or even a simple "hello", we were the polite customers and said "hello, how are you we would like"..placed 2 coupons in his hand and before we could say another word the guy rudely tossed the coupons down and said "No, you can't use those you can't use more than 1 coupon per customer per visit" he repeated it several time's when I tried to explain to him it was being payed for separately 1 for each my daughter and I, that's 2 people, 1 coupon each but for whatever reason I can't understand he still refused to take our orders, coupons and payments separate...he refused to accept my daughter paying for her own order!! Did I miss something in how using coupons work and that now fast food can refuse service to customer's because they didn't come in alone or hold there own coupon??
