Owner of hotel needs to learn people skills. Harassed my son for using bathroom in lobby. We were guest there for 2 weeks supposedly they thought he was a “questionable” person who wondered in. Owner got in his face & cursed at him. My son was in tears. He’s just lucky it really wasn’t somebody in there doing whatever he thought because god only know their reaction to this person
This Hampton Inn hits the high standards expected from the name. The rooms are clean, breakfast hot and plentiful, the staff is friendly, and all the extras are there. We were there to visit our daughter at Embry-Riddle and we found the Prescott Valley location convenient and a nicer drive than from hotels in Prescott. We will return.
One of the VERY BEST Hampton Inn hotels we've been to. Very clean, upbeat, with great staff.
In summary, this is a decent location and if you get rates under $100/night, it's worthwhile. At over $100/night, the value proposition is drastically poorer for me.
Nice room. Breakfast was good. Did not get the room or floor originally promised. Very long walk from elevator. Staff friendly and helpful
I've stayed here several times in recent years. The accommodations are decent but starting to feel dated. The included breakfast can be hit and miss. One day during my stay, the oatmeal was worse than wallpaper paste but on other days from passable to good. The fresh fruit is not the freshest but there can be some pleasant surprised. One day I went for a hard boiled egg and it was partially frozen.
The staff is always friendly. There is plenty of parking and it is a good central location. The complimentary WiFi is well, complimentary. In other words, not very good. One day we paid the $4.95 for premium and that is actually quite usable.
