We had a good stay... staff was nice... pool was great kids enjoyed it... breakfast was ok but what do you expect for free... waffles were good.
This is my favorite place to stay while in Prescott Valley. It's no Marriott, but it's a very cute, quiet place. I've never had a bad experience; whether it be customer service or cleanliness. The front desk is always very polite and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and maintained. The rooms have up to date tvs, microwaves, and fridges for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a pool and spa area so you' can relax and enjoy your stay.
The first thing I notice is poo on the toilet paper dispenser and wall. Second, some (idk what) on the telephone. I checked the bed, sheets, pillows, and cases. Brand new beds, bleach cleaned sheets, very clean. Checked the floor, also clean. I haven't gone further into my inspection, but after reading reviews, you'd think they would do something about these unreliable cleaning staff. Newly renovated, which is nice. Yet, the poo all over is a very disgusting problem. It's plain as day and very noticeable. Should have read the reviews before hand. That was my mistake.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They advertise a hot breakfast, but serve barely a Continental breakfast. Room had blood stains on the bathroom door and in the bathroom. Bead spread had stains all over it such as gum and spills. I got my refund and went to another hotel. I wouldn't stay there I'd it was free.
For what you will pay to stay here, it is definitely not worth the money. When we arrived, the staff was doing laundry in the lobby. There were random beds in the hallway. They don't even provide complimentary soap?! The pillows were all flat and uncomfortable. The furniture is smoothed into small rooms. Our fridge didn't work and they had to come and fix it. The maintenance staff was friendly but the front office staff was anti social. Definitely not staying at another Americas Best hotel again.
