Brandon is awesome! Great customer service and helped me so much. He was in the middle of checking me out and recommended a better product than what I had in my hand stopped what he was doing went back pulled the product, stood there told me exactly how to use it. And saved me cash! Such a great employee.
I love it, the employees there are amazing and extremely nice, lovely people. They have an amazing collection of different beauty care products. Nice to not have to buy it online and wait for months before receiving things.
Good shop for beauty products. Typically the staff is professional and attentive, but at times there are some employees that truly seem out of place. I have watched a male employee walk through the store asking people if they needed help. He was done what he was 'supposed' to do, but his presence, demeanor etc. was so peculiar that he startled more than one customer and everyone quickly answered that they did not need his help. There are a few other employees that just seem very unhappy to be there, and those are the ones that seem to be in the front of the store so it's one of the first things you notice when you walk in. I continue to shop there, as I usually know exactly what I'm looking for and can get by with no extra assistance. The store has a great selection and good deals on makeup, perfume, gifts etc. Ulta stores in general are great places to shop. This one just needs a little moral boost or something with some employees.
I went in today for a haircut.It was my first time going. Christy cut n styled my hair. I absolutely love it! She was very honest and had a good attitude. I have found my stylist!
