I am new to Prescott Valley and I wanted to get a pedicure. I hit the Google site to find one and this one came up. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the staff. I will be keeping this spa as my go to for my pedicures. Thank you 7 Day Nails & Spa for making me feel like a princess. Love love love my nails!
Usually I go to Lyns but it was Sunday. Went with a friend of mine and her daughter. We got there at 2:30 and did not leave until after 5! The woman doing my nails yelled at me, was very rude, and used the wrong color after I told her several times. I asked for Matte and she said they do not do it (although another customer got it). They pressured me into tipping by not allowing me to fill out the tip myself and tried to get me to tip 8 dollars for poor service! I really don't like my nails and my toe nails are peeling and messed up already (3 hours after they were done). And to top it all off, they charged so much more than other places. I will not be returning unless I get the courage to ask them to fix their mistakes!
I'm sitting right outside the door typing this and the lady at the front desk, who I spoke to on my way out, doesn't even have the courtesy to step out and talk with me.
I made an appointment and they were busy. This was my first visit. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. I was offered a bottle water which was awesome. I kind of had a few questions since it had been a while for me at a nail salon. I'm used to acrylics but was interested in gel. The woman I had was amazing. She answered all of my questions and did a beautiful job on my new full gel set. I wanted natural looking nails and she did just that, wow!! Her name is Rose, and I will ask for her again when I get a fill. She had my full set done in less then an hour too, which was great, I was kind of pressed for time. I will definetley go back!!
I called for an appt and was told I could come in at 3:30. So I did ... And sat there for a half hour! Someone even had the nerve to run water into the bath, then let it get cold. So I sat for a full half hour after my appt time, with my feet in cold water. No one said a word to me. I walked out.
Very friendly any well priced. Great, speedy service the S.O. was very pleased and happy, her nails looked beautiful!! Thanks!!
