I just wanted to get my hair trimmed. My dad took me and we got in right away which was good. The lady I had was nice at first, but then she started criticizing on my hair. She asked me all these questions and was looking at me like I did something wrong when I answered one of her questions. It was like she was giving me a pep talk. She said I was wrong and being rude to me... And my dad was sitting next to me getting his hair cut but he didn't hear her talking to me. I am just a kid and I felt like I did something wrong and she made me feel stupid and sad after she criticized me on my hair. She also made my hair uneven so my mom had to fix it when I got home. I can't believe my dad payed money for it. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't want to get criticized on your hair and if you don't want your hair messed up or uneven.
My son's hair was cut so terribly. I had to take him to get it fixed. It was choppy with chucks missing. Wouldn't go back here. We got 4 people's hair cut and only one was halfway decent. They are all about quantity and zero quality.
I always ask for Shauntell. She's the best! But I've always been happy with my cuts here. Check in online for expected wait time and faster service. Friendly staff. Clean and cool setting.
Sat for 20 minutes with out even being acknowledged they saw I was there and checked in 2 of their friends that came in after me and did their hair before me. Because I wasn't one of their regulars I was not important to them. When I finally realized that you could check in online and did it. Then they finally acknowledged me. And still took someone else they had checked in themselves before me. Rude service would not recommend to anyone.
Not my favorite place for haircut consistency. It really depends on who's available and knowing which person offers the best cut.
