Only place I will ever go! Their prices are amazing, and I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that the new owners have, they don't try to over charge or sell you something you don't need. Plus, they are very accommodating, the last time I went in for an oil change, I was in and out of there pretty quick, even though they were busy. This place is a win for me!!
These people will rip you off. I am new to Prescott Valley and needed some work done on my BMW x5. They were so nice and friendly and said they could fix anything. I had a relatively small oil leak but I like my car in perfect running condition. Brian told me it would be $1200 to fix the leak completely. I thought that was high but I didn't know where else to go and they were very nice. So I agreed but also assumed I wouldn't have another leak for at least a year or more. Not more than a month goes by and I notice the leak again. I called the shop and even took my car back in. Brian explained to me that it was a different leak in the same area. I understood when I paid the $1200 that ALL the leaks would be fixed especially for that price. He refused to fix the problem and denied my money back. Now I'm out the $1200 and have to find someone I can trust to fix the problem once again. I will be getting a warranty this time.
Very friendly place. I dropped my car off Friday morning not knowing why my check engine light was on. I took it to several places but no one could tell me what was wrong. The guys at Kirby did an inspection and found the problem. They where able to get the part I needed that day and got my car fixed that same day.
We recently took our vehicle to Kirby Automotive to diagnose a check engine light and were very happy with the service we received. They were service-oriented and very informative. We never felt like we were being "sold" on services we didn't need, and for me, that's a big deal. Happy customers! Thanks again Kirby!
