Horrible experience! Car was not fixed right and ended up at another shop 3 months later getting the same 1600 in repairs done. They did nothing they said they would.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This store scams their Uhaul customers. While Jack was pleasant to rent the Uhaul from, upon returning it, Julie and Felix (the Uhaul area manager) were beyond rude and unwilling to help. We were charged for 60 miles that we did not put on the Uhaul. Julie proceeded to become hostile and very accusatory and would not listen. Eventually hung up on me. Wow. Great customer service. Felix is also accusatory and will barely let you speak. This store seems to be scamming people. Please watch your mileage closely and get proof of everything. Or they just might scam you too. I will be further pursuing this with a lawyer. Maybe even uncover more deceit that the thieves have done and help rectify others whom have been wronged by them.
Very unpleasant experience! For brake job: 1) They said we needed a new master cylinder - $250. No improvement. 2) Then they finally set up their diagnostic machine to our vehicle. Said we needed a controller part costing almost $900! Still didn't fix the problem! 3) Another part was put in - another $450. Third "guess" and finally fixed after much money and stress. Cost us $1600 for the brakes to work right again. Ripoff if I've ever seen one! They wanted us to pay for THEIR mistakes in diagnosing the problem. CAUTION: Don't give them your business.
Great people they told me the truth about my battery. One shop said it was the starter they were honest so went to Orileys and replaced battery free.
