I can't say enough about Ray. He is amazing with his customer service, knowledge, and his ability to put me at ease During the BIG talk about numbers! He also showed me how much I will be saving per month in gas going from a v8 to a 4 cvl.engine! I hope he never leaves his position, because he is a true asset and Oxendale Auto Center is lucky to have him. I would drive the extra 10 miles to Oxendale Auto Center because I trust Ray. . I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all I would like to thank Ray for being a great salesperson! Not pushy and just trying to make everything work! On the other hand, Roger (Sales Manager) treated me with complete disrespect! I was trying to buy a truck and even with cash down and in the high 700's for credit score I could not get him to sell me the truck. I used to be a car salesman and this was not right. I then asked Ray what he did too make his manager NOT make a deal for him? All Ray could do was apologize, as I left very furiously. DON'T GO HERE!
