We had two minor problems with our Lance trailer as we were travelling from southern Arizona back to Canada. Debbie and Sebastian were both very helpful as service reps and Josh was great with our repair. They fixed one problem and did maintenance on the other to make sure we got home safely. We got a quick appointment time and were in and out promptly and on our our way as promised. Great dealership with friendly and competent service staff.
What a great experience from the time I first set foot on property until delivery. Our sales consultant, Clint, was friendly, knowledge, understanding and very professional. At no time was there any hard sales techniques and through the process everything was upfront. The service department did a great job prepping our new RV. Walk through was very detailed and they kept checking that everything was to my liking. Delivery and setup of our new RV was fantastic and they did not leave until I was totally comfortable with the job. From sales, service, delivery and management the total experience was a WOW.
