The convenience of this branch being inside Safeway is added to by the friendly and efficient staff. My first choice among the local branches.
The day manager is one of the coolest guys. Helped me out one day when I was in a bind. Been a customer since 99 and will continue to be one here for another twenty. Thanks manager dude. Wish I could remember your name! Sorry....
5 YEARS AGO approximate , this happened. #1 asks why you hate this location. If it didn't say hate, I would have rated a 1. 5 years ago ,wells Fargo at the Safeway inside the store, had a teller who took my maiden name and handed it off ( without my knowledge)to the credit department and tried to open an account. I received a denial letter saying I was not approved. When I took the letter in the bank that's when they made my life difficult. When I reported it to Dustin the manager, he joined in on treating me horrible. Teller Sherri has been rude. And they got rid of employees involved in this. I'm left treated like scum. Just wrong how NOTHING became of my compliant. Rebecca James
Best WF branch I have ever been to. Friendly, helpful, convenient and efficient. They recognize their customers and always give you a smile or wave when they see you in Safeway. I love them all.
