We found the bank management very helpful and friendly when we set up our account. New to town and we are pleased that we picked this bank. Tellers always very pleasant. I would like to respond to the lady in the other post. She complained about everyone in Prescott Valley. We found everyone to be extremely helpful and friendly in the whole community.
The ladies are usually friendly and helpful, with the exception of one.
Very rude people just sent up a back act here and got a call from a lady that setup my back act saying she needs two hundred dollars. Should have just setup the act in Phoenix and would has never had this problem people are rude as hell here in this town.
All the lady's here are very nice and they have memorized my name .
