Absolutely awful post office location and employees. I ordered a very small package, a pair of crafting scissors for my girlfriends art class, from an online site to have it delivered to our PO Box and they left a slip of paper in our box saying it had to be brought to a clerk and is being held in the back room because it is too large to fit in our PO box!!!! You have got to be kidding me. Crafting scissors are too big for a large box that is empty? I don't think so and it is complete nonsense because I checked our box after work, which was after business hours on Saturday, and I can't go to the clerk to receive my mail and now have to wait 2 days until they are opened again, which is delaying my GF's project further. It could have all been avoided, but somebody there is a rather dim individual.
Rudest and most incompetent people I've ever met, took 3 tries to deliver my package and 3 times of me paying postage. Idiots
Worst post office I've even seen the employees suck, they are lazy, never answer the phone!
Today I had an awesome experience there. I couldn't get anyone on the phone about a package that was missing, so I just went to the location. When I went there, these guys and gals dropped everything they were doing to find out where that package went. They were able to pinpoint where it was delivered and got me in touch with the store who recieved my package. In my opinion, they did awesome.
Getting tired of them saying my packages are delivered but I goto get and nothing there then the next day wow their there after they leave again. Marking it as delivered then it not being delivered is wrong.
