Called Miracle Man when I was in town visiting my elderly mother, and found out her toilet wasn't functioning correctly. He made time to come take care of it that afternoon. We have used him several times since then. He is a very kind and professional gentleman, my Mom just loves him, and, because I live in another state, but handle my mother's finances, he works out the billing and payment with me, since I am not there. He does excellent work at reasonable rates and I cannot recommend him enough!
They were on time I'll give them that. The installation was OK but their cost turned out $200 to $300 more than several other reputable plumbers in the area. I don't know how these people got 22 five star reviews. $1359 is way to much for a simple garage install natural gas 40 gallon water heater. I will never use these ripoff artists again. Thanks Google for not authenticating your reviews. I will NEVER DEPEND on your bogus reviews again. Yelp gave these turds 1 1/2 stars with basically the same complaint. SEVERE OVERCHARGING!
I highly recommend Miracle Man Plumbing. Their customer service and overall service was top notch. We had a plumbing issue the Sunday after Christmas. We didn't know who to call. We called several plumbing services in the phonebook who said they had emergency services the majority didn't pick up the call or told us they couldn't come until Monday. Miracle Man Plumbing picked up our call and was over within an hour. Joaquin was professional, kind, informative and resolved our issue. I will definitely know whom to call if we ever have plumbing needs again. Thanks!!

I had a water main leak and contacted Miracle Man to get it fixed. Joaquin visited the site promptly and assessed the situation. Since I previously had other water main leaks, we explored replacing all water main lines (it's for a four unit building). The quote started getting extremely high. But after talking it over with my wife, we agreed to proceed.
Unfortunately once the utility surveys were complete, the quote went up substantially from the original quote due to the complexity of replacing all four lines. My wife and I decided to have Joaquin repair the line instead. While this cost was much more reasonable, it was still pricey.
Joaquin and Miracle Man are responsive, easy to talk to and the work seems to be done with quality. Joaquin showed me the PEX tubing that failed and took the time to explain the likely cause of failure. Overall I am satisfied with their work.
There's never an easy way to state that while I am very satisfied with the outcome, I never cease to be amazed at the cost. Given that I have had other similar water main leaks repaired at this location, Miracle Man pricing was a little higher but in line with other plumbers I have used.
