I have been shopping at this location since they opened the doors. We watched the ground breaking to being one of the first 15 customers through the doors. Over the years people have came and went. The employees are amazing. To name a few of our friends. Bill is a very sweet older man whom we have had to dinner and kids birthdays. Scott used to play this game with my daughter to see who could scare the other one first. Jared was a sweetheart making us feel special by doing lil things he didn't need to do all because my little girl said he makes the best 4berry sundaes. I could name so many more. We shop there a lot so you get to know them. John is a terrific guy as well. I could seriously go on forever about the employees. I get upset when they take away your favorite foods it is like a slap in the face. The store is as clean as it can be with all the thousands of foot traffic daily.
Had family appts @ the optical dept. The Dr was great! Explained everything in detail. Robert, the optical technician was FANTASTIC! Demonstrated exceptional patience & compassion in our unique situation with a nonambulatory family member! He definitely excels in his position, more than there is room to write about! We hope they see what an asset he is to their business! This young man will go far, not only in his career, but in life!
Bought a T.V. Dave was GREAT. Didn't even have to wait in line to pay. Got to pay at the jewelry counter because the woman that works in that department saw me and got all of my paperwork together let me pay there. Dave pulled the t.v. took it out to my truck loaded it up and I was on my way home WOW GREAT EXPERIENCE IN AND OUT IN 10 minutes.
No longer have to show membership card at the entrance. Relatively empty on a Saturday afternoon. Got a pizza family combo quick for $16. Customer service was nice and helpful, easy to return items and find what you need.
Sam's Club has a huge variety of everyday household items, from cleaning products, dishware, groceries, alcohol, clothing, linens & more. Restaurant supplies are also available, including industrial kitchen prep, tableware, tumblers, chafing pans, table linens, hotel quality towels, & take out containers. Most, but not all items are sold in bulk. Great for people like myself, with limited time to shop. I can go less often, or order online & they pull the order for me. I just show up, pay & go. I've also used their scan and go app. I simply use my phone to scan items as I shop, pay with my debit card, & show the phone receipt to the clerk at the door. No waiting in line! The only issue I've had, is that the produce Dept has had fruit that had spoiled, (on display) several times. It's disappointing. I've spoken to management & taken photos to show them, yet it is often a problem. The other fresh foods/meats meet or exceed expectation.
