My wife and I used Prescott Valley Florist for our wedding recently and the staff was quite cooperative with our wants and needs. Although there was a little mishap with the flowers, not the florists fault at all, they handled it quickly and quite professionally.
When my son came home on leave and announced that he and his fiancee were getting married in a week, these gals were wonderful. They got everything beautifully made and ready within the very short time frame we had, and despite the holidays. My son and his bride were married on Dec. 26 with beautiful flowers. Thank you so much to the staff at Prescott Valley Florist!!
Living up in Maine I am unable to be down there in AZ for some special occasions. So when my sister’s open their new business, WeLocate Real Estate, last year and I could not be there, I called Prescott Valley Florist and asked for a money tree to be delivered. But not only did I ask for that I asked if they had a heart of some sort to add to it. The women I spoke with on the phone went out of her way to please. She called their other shop and hunted a beautiful heart shaped rock down to add to the basket the tree was in. My sisters loved it! I emailed the shop to tell them they would be my go to shop for any more flower needs. Well this month they did not fail….. On my birthday I decided to send my mother a unique bouquet of flowers. Her favorite flower(I wanted red for how much I love her) and my favorite flower (tulips in my favorite color, purple). It was a pleasant call with the women on the phone we both were laughing by the end (Sorry I did not remember the name). Again they did a wonderful job my mother loved the flowers. P.S. Prescott Valley Florist… she thought the card was so me!!! Thank You so much for all the help you do. Will be in contact in May for her birthday.
Great service and great quality. Donna was very friendly amd helpful gaved me more that than what I was expecting for my wedding. Flowers were beautiful.
Just looked this place up to see the hours. Realized I never left a review from when I came through town last year. The sweet ladies were closed, walking out the door, and had the key in the lock. Saw me, on a skateboard, and graciously opened the shop back up so I could get flowers for my grandma. I look forward to stopping by tomorrow for another round for my grandma, I'm surprising her again!! Bravo ladies thank you again!
