I went in with what I though was a ransom virus problem and they explained what had happened.. .they cleared it off my Laptop and even did some figuration's on my laptop to make it run better. No extra charge. They spent a lot of time with me explaining things, and even put an anti virus program on for me. These guys are the BEST! And reasonable too. If I ever have computer issues again, I will definitely go back to them for help.
