Went and got a great LG phone on apromotion that I knew nothing about when I walked into the store. The staff there was first rate.
Poor customer service. Asked a guy for help and he ignored me and continued talking to his buddy about the new iPhone deals. I proceeded to turn around and walk out. Best buy got my business.
I just left this Sprint store had a terrible experience. Went in to ask about my damaged phone. I felt like the sales guy didn't want to deal with me...i asked can i do the return here? He said no here i will give you the 800 number and website. I guess it was his attitude. He said i worked here for six years we never did that...I have done 3 insurance claims at that store. Just that cocky attitude I guess that got under my skin. I wish I could remember his name. If you got a damaged phone this is what you can expect.
Just a heads up that I currently manage the Sprint Store in Prescott and I will be moving to the one in Prescott Valley on the 1st of May. I am currently working at both locations in the mean time during this transition. If you guys have any problems or you've had a bad experience please feel free to come by the store and see me or call the store and ask to talk to me and I will see what happened and how we can change moving forward. My goal is to improve on the customer service aspect obviously for the customers as we want your experience to be a great one with us. We WILL NO LONGER send our customers away to any other store's. If we don't have the answer we will find the answer for you. I hope we can change your previous experience into a better one next time you come in. Thank you and I hope to see you all soon.
