The woman behind the desk just didn't know anything and was making stuff up. She was pausing and stretching out her answers. So obvious that she just trying to give any quick answer and shut us up. I was very disappointed as they just didn't even seem to care about my dog's condition. Why not ask about the dog's condition instead of immediately going into prices????????????????????? They were only interested in making money and didn't care about anything else including my dog.
The woman behind the desk said there would be an extra charge for our dog because it was an emergency. It wasn't an emergency but the fee would still apply. Then I asked "If it's an emergency then how long will it take to be seen?". The reply was "Well I don't know, it could be 20 minutes or an hour or so".
Dr. Ford and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. A class act. Worth every penny I spend there. I highly recommend you take your pet to this veterinarian service. They know what they are doing.
They not only treat your your animal with love but you with respect. They care whether it's just a shot or something more serious for your loved one. Highly recommend them
My dog's face was swollen. I got there early. About 7 people came to work at 8:00am and there was only one couple that was there with a cat that arrived after us.
My toy poodle was very sick, They got her in very quick. She is well and back to normal. Thank You.

They are super great with us and our 3 dogs. We brought our female dig in on Wednesday, and found out her pancreas was inflamed. The nurse Brooklyn was so gentle with our little Lucy Lu, and explained everything they were going to do for her before doing it, went over all the pricing and went over the meds numerous times to make sure we got it all right before we left. They are also great with follow up calls. Live this vet place and its close to home.
