I was late once by 3 weeks. They charged me two late fees of $20.00. Everybody can accidentally overlook a bill. But, $20.00?? Plus, nobody is ever available onsite whenever I have needed them.
Good place but pricey
The girl in the office is super sweet. Never had a problem with them. I always get a courtesy call before the late fee.
