I have been a client of Kris Nelson and her team of staff members since 2004 as a rental property owner. The last of my duplex properties was sold this year. As a "seller," the dreaded piece of the selling process is always waiting for the property inspection to be completed. Because of Kris' constant attention to maintenance and repair of rental properties, I can very happily state that after 13 years, there were only THREE items requiring attention on the inspection reports of the recently sold duplex. At first I thought my potential roommates were exaggerating about how rude the realtor was, until i found out for myself.
Don’t bother “applying” to rent through them. They end up stringing you along and demand that you meet an agent on their schedule to view properties before they will even consider an application. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
My potential roommates didn't get the name but I did, his name is Marty. Extremely unprofessional, doesn't have a clue on what he is talking about and if you would like more information, he will give one word answers! First we were told they were open from 8:30-4 then we heard, 8:30-5 and then we heard 9-6?! Not quite sure, but very irritating considering the fact we are moving from almost 4 hours away to schedule something that wasn't fitting to "THEIR" schedule.
the worse management company i have ever had to deal with !! very rude ,disrespectful and unorganized . The entire process with very unprofessional ! First they forgot to send me their rental increase notice when i was actually going to end my lease after this term. They some how made it my fault i didnt get their mail they did send out. Then the did not do a walk through with me upon leaving , therefor charging a ridiculous amount of fees that were never explained to me , including carpet cleaning that we paid for before hand and SENT THEM OUR INVOICE!! They tried to charge me for carpet cleaning that they didn't pay for or have to get done!! But the absolute worse part of this experience is KRIS! she is so rude , unprofessional and incapable of running a business ! Take my advise and do not go through this company or use them for property management!
If I could give a zero I would. Worst property management company ever. The people are unprofessional, rude, unethical and possibly even criminal. Avoid at all costs!!!!
