Love this place!! Please keep the popcorn fresh at all times! Nothing worse than going to see a good flick and the popcorn is dry and old.
Great place to go see a movie. Be sure to get a movie T-shirt. Movie cup for each person in your family. It's a great idea and it saves lots of money. My family and I have been getting t-shirts and movie cups since 2006. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly so go to the movies and have a great time Harkins is the best.
We always like Harkins. It is the only theater in Prescott Valley. If you want to travel into Prescott there is another one. I am in a wheelchair so it is always nice to visit someplace that is truly accessible and Harkins is. The only complaint I have is that the sound can be VERY loud quite often. Depending on the type of movie I will wear hearing protection and can still here the movie just fine. That tells you how loud the movies are.
Comfortable seats, reasonable admission fee. Clean. Popcorn and soda is getting more expensive, but not as bad as Phoenix. Yet.
Absolutely disgusting. Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. The main boss there is a big fat Asian and he’s as mean as he looks. They all have this attitude like they are better than you. Employees act like they don’t care about you. While watching a movie, something caught my eye. There was a small mouse on the ground eating popcorn. This place is infested with rodents. It was definitely a mouse, my eyesight is perfect. The bathrooms had poop stains on the walls and there was pee all over the ground. Do yourself a favor and go to Picture Show. It’s so so so SO much better.
