The staff at this facility does an excellent job in providing services to people who come in for help. I found them to be caring, intelligent, and patient. I went there for travel immunizations, and once I was in the system, I was well taken care. Please take a deep breath when you go in and be patient with the people who work there.
The service is horrible every single time I call I get put on hold then hung up on. If i go in person one of the receptionist is great, but try calling and you will never get help.
Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. There was one receptionist that was very helpful and the rest could careless what you need. My son is Autistic and the Dr prescribed a certain amount of hours that apparently was "too much" so AZLTC requested the Dr. lessen then amount of hours prescribed and we have YET to receive the FAXED prescription. Ive been hung up on twice today and my 3yr old has yet to be able to start therapy due to this detail. THIS STATE IS A JOKE WHEN IT COMES TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES.

A good place for medical care if you are desperate. I have used this place a few years ago when I move here an had to be on medic aid. Stop prescribing a non-narcotic non addictive medication for an autoimmune disease. Tired to put me on a blood pressure med When I have a history to low blood pressure to the point of having to lay on the floor to keep from passing out. Left for over a year, returned do to inability to find a doctor on ObamaCare. Discovered thay apparently don't understand word virgin when it comes to well women exams.
