I owe everything to Colt Cleaners! My husband is a Police Officer and has a very special ceremony to attend tomorrow wearing his dress uniform. I dropped his uniforms off on Monday to be dry cleaned and pressed and they informed me they would be done today (Thursday) after 3. I stopped in a bit early to see if they were finished and to also see if they could press his tie for me last minute. The lady up front told me the uniforms werent ready yet but she would be happy to press the tie and have it ready with his uniforms after 3pm. That worked out perfectly for me because I pick my daughter up at 3pm and my plan was to swing by afterwards. But, I completely spaced picking them up. I realized that I had forgotten them at 5:58 and they close at 6. I googled their number and called it and was incredibly relieved when someone answered. After a few minutes of trying to find my order, she informed me that I had actually called the wrong location. I told her that I would call the right location but I was afraid that nobody would answer and asked her if she would wait for me to call back. Sure enough, the other location was already closed. I called back and desperately explained how I needed these uniforms and asked if there was any way someone could meet me at the right location so I could pick them up. She informed me the owner would be there in about 15 minutes and she would see what she could do. The owner called back a few minutes later and explained that she would be happy to meet me so I could pick up my husbands uniforms. She drove all the way from Prescott to Prescott Valley, after probably working all day (and she lives in Prescott so she still had to drive back to Prescott after helping me) and I was able to get my husbands uniforms. I have a colicky newborn who had been screaming for hours and a pre-schooler who was trying so hard to be patient and my husband was two hours away in Phoenix at work and forgetting his uniform was just the icing on the cake. I completely broke down but the people at Colt Cleaners made everything okay. I cant explain how relieved I am and how much that meant to me. I will forever do my business with you guys and refer anyone I know to either location. Thank you again for saving my day!
I'm about to drop off another heavy 5 x 7 area rug at Colt. They have taken everything I brought and all well done.
I am a member of a local Honor Guard. This is one of the company's that took care of us a couple of years ago when our uniforms were getting an unusual amount of wear within a couple of days. The turn-around time was hours instead of days, but they pulled it off. Many of us have been going there ever since. I dropped my uniform off three days ago to clean for an upcoming Memorial and she smiled and had my ticket filled out before I could get to the counter. It had my last name on it and my price and my expected date of pick up. Then, there was a last minute glitch that would require that we get our uniforms about 12 hours earlier than anticipated and she bumped it up by 24 hours. They have taken good care of us.
Used them for my suit and tie needs often. Always been Good to work with. Dealt with some tough stains effectively. ( Another shop had given up ) Happy customer. Friendly service.
Very disappointed . If you could not handle the draperies you should have said so when I first came in. I did expect the draperies to be pressed if not pleated especially for the price I paid and one of the liners is hanging down.
