another agent that refused to work with me, and never gave me a chance to give my information. I feel discriminated, and disrespected. I do not recommend anyone going here
I really liked Scott as he sat down with us to go over our policies and knew a lot about what we needed. But, I have nothing good to say about Debi she was not helpful in anyway more like an airhead. She shouldn't be the person you talk to when you need something. She has no knowledge of the insurance business and gives this office a bad reputation.
This agent has bad customer service. He sure loves to take my money though but when it comes to making a claim or getting help from him, good luck! I would take my business elsewhere if I was you. Although his secretary is good, he as an agent is never approachable and you will never ever see him. Also, now that I took my business elsewhere, rather than transfer my direct deposit to the new agent he just cut it off entirely so we have to redo the whole direct deposit thing again. What a Jerk! Save the headaches and use another agent.
I have been with State Farm for over 10 years now in different states. Every time I move I shop insurance and SF hasn't been beat for the coverage. I also have had a couple of accidents and the way the claims process works is seamless and excellent service. Scott Smith's office has been very helpful when I call with a question. Scott answers the phone himself and has treated me very courteously on several occasions.
Very knowledgable...Awesome customer service...Great rates...Highly recommend. This was the best insurance experience of my life.
