Bill came out to my house to take a look at my 73" Mitsubishi DLP. The TV would not turn on at all, nor would the diagnostics run (blinking lights on the front). I was prepared for the worst. However, Bill unplugged my TV, which reset it, turned it on and saw that my firmware was two versions behind. He cleaned out the back of my TV and I updated the firmware. The TV is now working fine again. All he charged me was the $55 service call fee for coming out. Bill's competence and honesty have earned him a new loyal customer. I will not hesitate to call him again, or to recommend his services to others.

Honest excellent service. Had a home tv repair that was handled very professional and ON TIME. I have another issue now and am going to have the repairs done again with BNG TV. You don't always find reputable people to put your trust in, when you do, you use them again and recommend them to others. I highly recommend BNG TV and Electronic repair.
We had a 4 year old large monitor repaired. They initially ordered a new board, but when that didn't fix the problem, they replaced the capacitors, which turned out to be a cheaper fix. Very please with the service.
