They don't care about you here I need meds filled and out and they don't care
My family and I have been going to West Yavapai for years now. We have been going there longer than 90% of the staff that's their today!! As the time has gone on the staff has became less personal and quite rude and condescending. The reason why us clients go thier because we suffer with mental disorders. The last thing we need is to be talked to like we're nothing!! We have mental illnesses. The last thing the clients need is the person that's suppose to be their and comfort them being completely disrespectful. When in dire need of help they blew me off. No phone call back. No one checked up on me absolutely nothing. They need to get their priorities in check before something bad happens again!! Listen to your clients! Your getting paid to do your job! Do it! An stop power tripping over your clients!!
At the present time my grandson and myself are NOT getting the help we need. Very disappointed
If you are having problems with WYGC as far as being dropped from services, them refusing to fill meds, not offering one on one therapy, canceling appointments without notice, dropping psychiatrists, being told you missed appointments when you did not, you don't have to put up with it. People on AHCCCS have another option...Southwest Behavioral. They actually seem to care. They helped me get an antidepressant that NARBA had denied because I was dropped AGAIN from WYGC, before I had even been in for intake. I had my 1st appointment today, and they are definitely more helpful and caring. They will give you individual care, including one on one therapy. They won't drop you from your meds without caring about the consequences. I hope they stay small, so they don't become like WYGC, but people deserve to know that we have another option.
I worked there along time ago and really enjoyed working with kathleen Cormier. She really cares about her employees and the clients.
