This place came in highly recommend by hospice and at first I was very pleased. However after paying in full and meeting with one of the Representatives who works there I find myself extremely unhappy. All was well and on track for a cremation of my grandfather until I started receiving voicemails from the owner Hector that were very unpleasant and unprofessional at the same time. During this extremely hard time for my family and I we forgot to turn in one signed piece of paper (which was turned in one day later then they had liked) and I got messages in a threatening hostile tone from Hector basically threatening that we would start being charged additional fees if this paper was not received right away. Not having any thought as to what we were dealing with or anything just straight up rude and intolerable! Hector is a rude insensitive man who should really learn how to address situations like mine in a more professional and caring way especially for the profession he is in. His TONE when speaking to a customer such as myself could have been handled differently. I'm unhappy and still have not received my grandfather's remains till this day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.....RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

I returned to ABC to pick up my grandfather's remains. like previously stated a "free" urn was supposed to be included. As I opened the "bag" that the remains were in I asked Hector where the urn was? He immidiatly got loud with me and started yelling at my mother and I. I was Soo startled I tried to ask a question but couldn't because of his mouth that wouldn't shut up. He literally said "I'm done dealing with you" and flug his hand/arm in the air. Bottom line he put my grandfather's remains in a box. A BOX that you can pickup behind any grocery store in town. This is a disgrace to my deceased loved one. This company has FALSE ADVERTISMENT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE URN OR THE FLAG FOR VETERANS. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE SO UNHAPPY & DISSAPOINTED. I am truly considering taking Hector to court. Worst service ever. His employees were even surprised and speechless when he was yelling and acting crazy.
We used this Affordable Buriel & Cremation for 3 family members. The best service we could have asked for. Hector is extremely helpful, goes out of his way to make the funeral the way you would like. Extremely helpful, concederate. Very helpful to make a hard time, as easy as possible. I would recommend this service to everyone. Hector is great to deal with, his staff is great.
They were kind and helpful. They made it easy to plan services from out of state and everything was ready when we flew into Prescott. I highly recommend them.
