They did a great job fixing my bike for me after I had them work on my bike I won't let anyone else work on cause I don't want anyone messing up the great work they did for me
He even gave me a couple places of interest to check out as I head north to the Grand Canyon. "Horseshoe Bend here I come!"

Marc's knowledge of bicycles spans many years of iterations. This shop is not to be taken lightly, and will leave you grinning from ear to ear.
I was heading up to Prescott (from Phx) for some mountain biking when I discovered a bike problem. I assumed that I would have to drop my bike off for a day, to have them take a look when they could (I assumed that they had other scheduled work and couldn't reasonably drop everything to help me). But the owner Marc took the time to check my bike immediately (unexpected), fixed the problem, and sent me on my way to ride that day. He explained the issues that I have been having with this bike for the past year (shifting and drive train issues). Marc was able to make some adjustments in about 30 minutes. I hope those adjustments hold so I don't ultimately have to replace the rear wheel and hub (the hub is off center somewhat). The price for the work was more than reasonable. So now I have a bike shop to use when needed in the Prescott area...Thanks Marc!
I am writing this review in hopes of repaying the gift I received from this bicycle shop. I am on tour, traveling from Texas to California, and Marc was kind enough to help me out. He also explained my issue in great detail, so much so that it was hard to keep up. If I am ever to rebuild my cassette I'll know exactly what to do.
New to Prescott Valley and needed a shop to align my rear derailleur so I visited Bike Works for the first time and was treated like a "king!" Andy fixed my issue and the bike shifts as if it were new. Marc helped me with tire selection and provided added input on trails that I had not yet considered. Easy access to shop, great service, and friendly staff...what is there to not like?
